Why the Biden era will be defined by the climate challenge

New episode of the Finding Humanity podcast with The Elders

Dear Friend,

The Elders today launched the first episode in a new special series of the Finding Humanity podcast.

From Biden and the future of climate action, to pandemic preparedness and a new age of nuclear arms negotiations, each Finding Humanity episode in this series features a discussion between Elders on some of the biggest challenges humanity is grappling with today.

In Episode One, Mary Robinson and Juan Manuel Santos explore what climate justice should look like and discuss why world leaders must frame climate action in terms of opportunities as well as threats. Following President Biden’s re-signing of the Paris Agreement, they also examine the role of the United States in the fight against climate change.

Other Elders’ special episodes are coming soon, including conversations with Gro Harlem Brundtland, Lakhdar Brahimi and Zeid Raad Al Hussein.

We would like this new series of seven episodes to reach all those interested in peace, justice and human rights.

Please listen and Pass It On.
